At the same time, we give more serious treatment to the subject at Brunswick-Eats.com. This dual approach ensures that our stories are preserved in perpetuity as a part of the historical record. We aim to lift up our community by supporting the entrepreneurial spirit of our food scene.

From 11 year-old lemonade crafters to seasoned, James Beard nominees, these are heroes who all deserve our gratitude. Secondly, we want to preserve their story as a matter of historical record. Perhaps one day they are wildly successful or maybe their career takes them in another direction. In any case, it would be ideal if their grandchildren could read their story and maybe watch an interview on Brunswick Eats. And finally, we want that story widely known. We want to tell their story in an exciting way that engages the viewers, and brings them one step closer to our featured makers.
