AI Video Generation
The CEO
Created as a pitch concept for a roast at a corporate retreat, the CEO presents the short story of a narcissistic tech exec. I conceived of a Pixar style game show to keep the vibe on the lighter side.
I wrote the script and created a storyboard by hand and then set out to prompt starting image generations. At the time the AI Cinematic Consistency plugin for Chat GPT was able to maintain the most consistency and understand what I was asking for. The bulk of the action was recorded and generated with Runway ML's Act2. I recorded myself acting out all the lines. I then used the voice changer feature in ElevenLabs to create believable characters.
Some of the non acting scenes were created in Higgsfield. I chose stock music from Adobe. Opening and closing graphics were created by me in Illustrator and animated in Premiere Pro. Of course there were "artifacts" that forced me to think on my feet leading to a split screen feature at one point when the CEO developed a second thumb on his hand (ha!).
You Know Me
You Know Me is a local podcast that interviews community leaders and creators in Coastal Georgia. I was brought on board to film the interviews to attract a wider audience. As is my way, I couldn't leave well enough alone and my teasers kept getting more and more intricate.
I started out creating the generic "podcasters as Lego characters walking down the local city street" scene featuring author Chris Skates and moved on to more customized show openers. For an interview with a local ad agency, I added the interviewees as characters in claymation style. Other episodes feature a vintage store owner interview with a Merry Melodies style opener and an interview with a children's museum entrepreneur featuring a colorful paper cutout intro. Listenership more than doubled thanks in large part to my efforts.
Image generation was prompted with NanoBanana and animated with Kling. Cuts made and music added in Adobe Premiere Pro. Voiceover in ElevenLabs.
The Kraken
A local startup community radio station reached out to me to help promote their fundraising efforts. As part of an awareness campaign, I created an exciting short intro to show the potentiality of community radio.
I decided on a more realistic bent to this one to really capture the area. Local scenes include the Sydney Lanier Bridge as seen from the marsh ecosystems and downtown Newcastle Street. Image prompts were made in Chat GPT with JSON for consistency. Voiceover in ElevenLabs and edited in Premiere Pro.

The Artist, Martin Mazorra
Martin Mazorra is a renowned Brooklyn based Letterpress artist. He is known around the world for being a co-founder of Cannonball Press an educator and the creator of amazing books and large scale, hand carved floral prints.
I was fortunate enough to interview him during his 3 week artist in residency program. We talked a bit about his career and art, and I captured the opening and closing receptions. The piece was nominated for a CEH award and is featured on the print shop's YouTube channel.
